3 months or less 25% premium, paid upfront. 
4-6 months is 15% premium, at least 3 months paid upfront.

 

Terms for NHS discounted premium rate of 10%

Requirements:
Proof of NHS / front line worker via a contract and supervisor phone number.
Minimum of 2 months.
Paid upfront.
Extensions to the contracted tenancy must be agreed 2 weeks prior to the end of your agreed letting period.
A contract extension administration fee of £35 applies for extending the term 
You must allow us to show the room for the last 10 days of your letting period.
